SEMA 2021

For us, SEMA is a place to be and be a part of. We attended SEMA fall of 2019. Our idea to be a part of SEMA began with the idea of “ a SEMA build.” That started with “THE GENTLEMAN”. As you all know SEMA didn’t happen in person and we decided to hold off showing at SEMA until 2021. Well - everything happens for a reason and this one, certainly for the better! While holding off for 2020, the “HELLAZILLA” was born!
“HELLAZILLA!” - Azul is stepping up his game!
Named the HELLAZILLA…a unique, one of a kind man’s man Bronco.
Many of you know Jesse has owned Azul for many years. This Bronco has been like most others living along side its owner through every adventure. Azul in his pass life has been a proven crawler and daily. His adventures followed through all off and on road adventures. Even got to see snow for the first time out in Buena Vista CO for Super Celebration - west!
You can build a Bronco with all new metal, powertrain and insides - but you can’t replace all the memories, adventures and endless time, love and effort put into a Broncos life. What could be better than that to share at SEMA!
Azul has already been sponsored by some of the greatest vendors on the market like Wild Horses, Bailie Bilt, Falken Tire, JB Custome Fabrication and more. As Azul is being rebuilt and born as HELLAZILLA:
THE CHASSIS:
A joint effort between Fossilized Customs and Hella Bad. This frame will be built wider to allow the atlas to be fully clocked. We will be running 4 link in the rear, all stainless steel - A Fossilized Customs’ specialty. Along with coils and simple Rancho RX9000 shocks. The front will be 3 link stainless steel setup as well.
It’s all about the simple details with this build - fully polished stainless bumpers with a one of a kind tire rack that will hold a 33” Falken.
Our axle set up is sponsored by ECGS (East Coast Gear Supply). Dana 60s full floater, 4:56 gears, grizzly lockers front and rear with an adjustable 3.5” lift.
The frame will be a light metallic blue called “Hellablueya.” With all the pretty polished suspention links, this should make for a cool contrast.
THE MOTOR:
A Power by the Hour Godzilla 7.3 with their built 10r80 1,000hp capabilities. We are working with PBH to achieve the perfect setup for SEMA.

THE INTERIOR:
Fully custom designed interior. A collaboration designed with high end ranch leather. Triple diamond stitching with leather door panels, rear panels and dash pad.
The dash is custom as well with the layout designed by Hella Bad. The gauge cluster is sponsored by Classic Instruments customized for Hella Bad.
Saftey is first and key with us here at hella bad for all builds from budget to 200k +, customer builds and our personal ones included. Bailie Bilt provided the cage used for HELLAZILLA - the only cage we run and recommend! Also detail customized for Hella Bad.
TIRES:
Fully sponsored by Falken Tire. Running a 33” x 12.50r15 Wildpeak. Azul currently sits on 37s - yes I know a big drop down but this set up is going to be killer. Wheels are 17x9 KMC KM235 polished that are sponsored.
BODY AND COLOR:
Azul is 53 years old and has been painted 4 times. By accident this cool color combo that we call “PATINAFLAGE” developed by sanding down the pattern to desired looked. No other Bronco is like this one for sure.

DEBUTE:
This wont be like most other traditional SEMA builds where a bunch of sponsors are collected, the build debut is at SEMA for the first time and possibly untested…. This bronco’s chassis will be debuted first at this years super celebration Tennessee in April.
The full build will debute at OCBR (Oklahoma Classic Bronco Roundup) in September. This is a Bronco offroad event in Hot Springs Arkansas. Jesse will be wheeling Azul, or should we now at this point say HELLAZILLA at this event. it will be taken out on the trails and driven around town to gear up for the drive to….HELLAZILLA is a driver!!! So why not drive to Vegas for SEMA 2021! yes - we will be driving this build from Austin Texas to Las Vegas Nevada (1259 miles one way direct) having the time of our lives! documenting our entire trip!
